Shipping policy

At CartYourGulf, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. In compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws, we provide full transparency regarding our shipping processes, timelines, and costs.

1. Delivery Areas & Timelines

We deliver across all seven Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain).

  • Dubai & Sharjah: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM.

  • Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 1–3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote "Western Region" areas may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: AED 20 per order.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above AED 200.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional processing fee of AED 10 applies to all COD orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a digital invoice and a tracking number via SMS/Email. In accordance with UAE law, you can track your shipment's progress in real-time through our partner courier portals.

4. Delivery Process & Customer Obligations

  • Proof of Delivery: A signature or digital verification (OTP) is required upon delivery.

  • Failed Delivery: Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery charge of AED 20 may apply.

  • Identification: For high-value electronics or age-restricted items, our delivery agent may request to see a valid Emirates ID or Passport.

5. Delayed Deliveries

Under UAE Consumer Protection regulations, if we fail to deliver your product within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days (if no timeframe was specified), you have the legal right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. VAT & Taxes

All shipping fees are inclusive of the 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT). Your final checkout price is the total amount you pay—there are no hidden "doorstep" charges for domestic deliveries.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  2. Take a photo of the damage.

  3. Contact our support team at support@cartyourgulf.com within 24 hours.
